SavorSyracuse 2010: A Great Success
With A Tasty Challenge

Thanks in large part to presenting sponsor Welch Allyn , Savor Syracuse 2010 was a great success, earning more than $54,000 to help the Food Bank feed our neighbors in need. This year’s event featured great food, music, and friends, all gathered to honor the Food Bank of Central New York’s 25 years of service to Central and Northern New York.

A major highlight at SavorSyracuse 2010 was the Chef Challenge, sponsored by P&C Food and Pharmacy. This event brought some of the finest chefs that CNY has to offer, to compete for a large screen LCD HDTV, provided by Olum’s, and a restaurant prize courtesy of Oneida Ltd. When the smoke cleared and the tasting was complete, Brian Shore of the Century Club remained standing as the Chef Challenge winner.
